Who and what are we looking for?
Students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year
Both practice and theory are the keys to a successful employee. That’s why we look for students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year interested in a management consulting career.
Preferred programs: economics, international business, management, finance & accounting, quantitative methods in economics and information systems, big data, computer science, digital commerce, IT, econometrics, psychology, social science, chemistry, automotive, energy, biotechnology, medical engineering.

Knowledge of Microsoft MS Suite
If you know how to manage and work on the most popular office applications (like Power Point, Excel), you’ll know how to work and find yourself in our team.
Excellent English communication skills
In both writing and speaking (min. English B2 First). A good level of an additional language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch) would be a strong asset.
Eagerness to learn and develop
There’s no progress in stagnation - if that’s your professional motto, then you should quickly fit in. But that’s not even the full image. You will also have countless opportunities to refine your CV, your portfolio, and mostly - your career.
Availability 30 hours per week
